Mission Statement - Jonathan House Ministries

Jonathan House Ministries intends to seek and secure funding for the activities and furtherance of Jonathan's Child Care Ministries of Bo, Sierra Leone, West Africa.  Jonathan's Child Care Ministries is a not-for-profit,  religious organization registered with the Ministry of Social Welfare of Sierra Leone as a Child Protection Agency. They are  actively engaged in the protection of the children of Sierra Leone and the furtherance of the Gospel in West Africa.  Jonathan House's primary objective is to introduce these children to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  Protection is then also given by providing housing, food, medical attention, education, counseling and skills training to those children dwelling in substandard living conditions in West Africa.  Jonathan's House is also actively engaged in planting new churches in previously unreached villages.

While several children have been adopted from Jonathan's House, we are not an adoption agency.  In the future we will be providing a link to an adoption agency that can assist those who are interested in considering the adoption of a child from Jonathan's House.
